The phone call was pretty basic, just questions about work eligibility and whether the role was what I was looking for. The recruiter also gave me a quick overview of the role, which was mostly about building agentic infrastructure. The interview was mainly going over my projects and work experience, then some hardware questions like communication protocols, motherboard components, and CPU vs. GPU. There were also a few random technical trivia questions and a system design question about using AI to automate a workflow across software and hardware

I had a recruiter email me where I answered a few pre-screen questions. The interview included a 20–25 minute easy Python live-coding challenge with follow-up questions, a resume walkthrough covering my previous experiences and projects, and a discussion about GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. I also answered a few behavioral questions about teamwork and learning ability. The interviewers were nice and friendly, and the overall experience had good vibes.
